About Innate Sleep

Innate Sleep is the combined ingenuity of Randall Knox and Dr. Rob Schroeder. After crossing paths, the two creative thinkers determined that they should combine their two professions of specialty foam applications and chiropractic/physiology into product development that is unique and highly applicable to the health care provider and patient. The next phase was to create a concept in bedding and sleep ergonomics that would revolutionalize the thinking and applications in sleep orthopedics. Drawings were made and interviews followed with mattress manufacturers, foam engineers and health professionals to achieve a concept that is not the traditional gimmick marketing in the bedding industry, but a true benefit in postural support and comfort feel. This is when we truly found the recipe for the layering system that contours to the natural curvatures with back sleep positions and evens weight distribution in the side sleep position. This is a concept that is not achieved in any other sleep system while offering the advantage of relief from neurovascular compression with the best in visco-elastic memory foam. The designers also made the commitment to making this system comfortable to body temperature by utilizing natural bamboo and silk in the cover, staying "green" with the latest in bio-flex foams that limit the use of petroleum products with the use vegetable derivatives and creating a breathable cover to allow ventilation and eliminate allergens and microbes that can significantly invade traditional spring form mattresses. After multiple prototypes and a significant test market phase, the Innate Solace Sleep System is introduced and designed to be prescribed and offered by health care providers for all sectors of the human race regardless of size, shape, height, weight or condition. Randall Knox

Randall Is the CEO of Hi-Tech Foam Products and has seventeen years of experience with engineering solutions with flexible materials in furniture, bedding, automotive, military and consumer product markets. He is exceptional in the creative process of working with technical foams and engineering solutions that go outside the realm of linear applications. His approach has always been to think outside the box for the best viable options to create an innovative as well as practical product. Randall lives in Carmel, Indiana with his wife and 3 children and enjoys an active lifestyle.

Dr. Robert Schroeder

Dr. Rob is the President and Founder of Indy Health and Fitness, a renowned mobile wellness center that works with professional athletes primarily in the motor racing circuits. He manages and provides care to athletes of all professional and world class levels in his Indianapolis based private practice as well. In private practice since 1993, his years of professional experience and education at the bachelor and masters level of physiology and doctorate in Chiropractic have given him a strong background in the day to day needs of all levels of patients. These applications have based the framework for design and development of products that will change the industry. Robert lives in Carmel, Indiana with his wife and 3 children.
